Qualifications

Required 7–10+ years of experience in product management, business architecture, consulting, or revenue-facing business roles. Proven ownership of enterprise-scale products or initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes (revenue, margin, deal velocity, productivity). Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including opportunity management, pricing and margin strategy, proposals, and services/solution selling. Firsthand experience with AI-enabled capabilities (LLMs, copilots, agents, automation) embedded into production business workflows. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving adoption and change for complex, enterprise tools, or platforms. Preferred Experience designing or governing LLM-powered or agent-based capabilities in production environments. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), productivity ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft 365), and AI-integrated sales tools. Experience scaling products from pilot to enterprise adoption with measurable ROI. Background in consulting, transformation, business architecture, or strategic advisory roles. Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise risk practices. Product, Agile, Lean, or Change Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci). Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. The Business Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled sales products that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and seller productivity at enterprise scale. Reporting into the Sales organization, this role owns a portfolio of AI-powered capabilities including large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, managed as business products embedded directly into seller workflows. The role works closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Technology, Architecture, AI, Enablement, and Analytics to ensure products are scalable, well-governed, and adopted effectively by end users. This position leads through influence and serves as a key product leader responsible for aligning business needs, technical execution, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes. Core Accountability

Own the success of AI-enabled sales products across the full product lifecycle, with accountability for business impact, user adoption, and long-term value realization across the sales process. Why This Role Matters

This role helps move the organization from AI experimentation to consistent, enterprise-ready solutions by ensuring AI products are thoughtfully designed, governed, and integrated into daily seller workflows, improving decision quality, streamlining sales execution, and enabling more effective, value-based selling. Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled sales products. Ensure AI capabilities are aligned to business objectives such as revenue growth, margin improvement, and productivity. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and risk. Partner with technical teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale advanced AI capabilities (e.g., copilots, autonomous agents, RAG) while enforcing responsible AI and governance standards. Applied AI, LLM & Lifecycle Management Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement. Partner with delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions. Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide enhancements and optimization. Partner with AI and technical leaders to define and govern: Prompt frameworks and standards; Context injection strategies (CRM, pricing, content, account intelligence); Quality, reliability, explainability, and trust thresholds; Ensure AI outputs are decision-ready, reliable, and trusted, not experimental. Seller Workflow & Sales Motion Enablement Define and execute the vision for AI products that operate in the flow of seller work. Embed AI capabilities into core seller tools and moments of action (e.g., CRM, productivity, and collaboration platforms). Align AI-powered experiences to seller roles and motions, including: Account and opportunity planning; Deal shaping, pricing strategy, and margin guidance; Proposal development, business value articulation, and executive narratives; Pipeline, forecasting, and execution management. End-to-End Lifecycle & Value Realization Own outcomes across the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → adoption → optimization. Ensure AI products mature from pilots into scaled, durable capabilities embedded in daily sales execution. Strategic Advisory & Executive Partnership Serve as an advisor to Sales leadership on how applied AI, LLMs, and agents enable revenue growth and services-led expansion. Influence investment and prioritization decisions through data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and AI performance metrics. Shape enterprise narratives on Sales AI value, maturity, and roadmap progression. Change Management, Adoption & Enablement Leadership Lead enterprise change management for AI-enabled seller workflows. Define adoption strategies, enablement plans, training (including prompt literacy and citizen development), and communications aligned to sales roles. Monitor adoption, trust signals, and workflow friction; continuously optimize experiences to improve seller effectiveness and consistency. Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance Partner closely with Technical Product Manager, IT, Architecture, AI, Data, Enablement, and Analytics leaders. Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Maintain executive-level visibility through dashboards, roadmap reviews, and outcome-based reporting tied to revenue, margin, productivity, and AI performance.
