Henderson Engineers is looking to hire a Senior Product Designer to join their Technology group. The Senior Product Designer shapes and optimizes user experiences across a range of internally built software solutions, focusing primarily on web applications but extending to other digital products across the organization. This role translates user needs and technical requirements into usable, intuitive, and scalable designs that support critical business processes, enhance usability, meet accessibility standards and align with relevant aspects of the Henderson brand. The designer leads the development and management of a cohesive design language to ensure consistency and quality across platforms. Required Qualifications
