
Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager
Our client is a growing financial services company with locations that span the Mid-Atlantic. They are currently seeking a Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager to join their team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a commercial credit analysis, underwriting or portfolio management capacity. Experience with C&I and ABL transactions is preferred. Formal credit training strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
Work independently to originate, analyze, process and service loans primarily for high activity, high profile or more complex accounts.
Independently prepare loan proposals and analysis customized to each potential deal.
Perform portfolio management activities for existing loans to include loan structuring, interest rate conversions and repricings.
Maintain a high level of member engagement and consult with members to ensure member satisfaction and appropriate relationship and portfolio management for each member.
Ensure that all credit risk management activities including risk ratings and annual reviews are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with preparation of competitive materials and the presentation of materials.
Help drive a high level of member engagement with focus on preserving the existing loan portfolio, growing loan volume.
Monitor credit compliance, analyze associated risks, and consult with leadership to develop an action plan for appropriate resolution.
Monitor competitive issues and loan pricing for portfolio of assigned accounts.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
