In this role, you will supervise Asset Protection team members and ensure compliance with safety, security, and asset protection standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring security systems, assisting with investigations, preventing inventory loss, and implementing theft prevention measures. As a leader, you will act as a mentor and guide to the team while collaborating with other departments to maintain a safe and secure shopping and working environment.
Qualifications
Proven supervisory skills and experience in team leadership
Familiarity with retail loss prevention and operational strategies
Knowledge of physical security practices and law enforcement protocols
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to assess and mitigate risks in a retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required; related certifications or training are a plus
Previous experience in retail or asset protection is preferred
