Marketing Specialist Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid and full-time.

What You’ll Do As a new professional in this field, a MarCom Specialist will assist in the creation and implementation of customer-focused marketing and communication materials, promotion tools and brand strategies in support of Imperative Care’s mission and products.

Contribute to corporate and product-level branding efforts by coordinating the execution, timing, and follow-up of marketing and communications initiatives, including tracking of campaign results.

Support product managers and marketing team in developing, editing, revising, and producing marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, websites, videos, and marketing pieces.

Participate in activities related to tradeshows including drafting key messages, coordinating booth and promotional presence and set up, calendar, budget and engagement during major events.

Build relationships with marketing agencies and vendors in the medical device field.

Communicate with sales force regarding marketing programs and materials.

Respond to sales force requests and generate recommendations for marketing tools and resources.

Coordinate and track event logistics for sales meetings.

Update management with project status, and key issues that affect project completion on time.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field and less than 2 years of any other professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Basic professional knowledge of the medical device industry is preferred.

Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Aptitude for working independently after receiving detailed instructions.

Desire to learn and grow career within this field.

Salary Range $82,000 – 91,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Imperative Care considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer. As part of our total rewards package, Imperative Care offers comprehensive benefits including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, a parental leave program and emotional health resources.
