As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build funnels that speak to real decision-makers – and turn complex topics into campaigns that convert. Responsibilities

Build and execute a holistic Growth Marketing strategy focused on scalable lead generation, pipeline growth and revenue impact Own inbound funnels end to end: From signal-based messaging to clear CTAs, you’ll define and steer inbound paths that convert interest into POCs, with a strong focus on prioritisation and impact Drive structured experimentation: You’ll define hypotheses, decide what to test, and evaluate results together with stakeholders to continuously improve funnel performance Translate insights into assets: You’ll help turn forecasting, planning, and procurement logic into content that resonates with decision-makers Collaborate on go-to-market plays: You’ll support industry-specific partner campaigns, e.g. ERP or consulting channels Shape narratives that sell: You’ll help craft and execute storylines like Explainable Forecasts or POCs in weeks into inbound formats Guide funnel analytics and reporting: From visit to POC, you’ll monitor conversion metrics, attribution, and messaging performance and turn insights into clear next actions Define your own content balance: Decide how much content you create hands-on vs. source or coordinate externally Coordinate inbound lead flow: You’ll work closely with commercial teammates to ensure marketing aligns with sales Requirements

1–4+ years in B2B inbound, demand generation or growth marketing:

You’ve worked hands-on with funnels, campaigns, or conversion, and you’re comfortable taking ownership of priorities and decisions Strong written and spoken English (C1 level):

You can confidently write, test, and iterate messaging for global audiences Testing is how you work:

You think in hypotheses, run A/B experiments, and learn systematically from data You simplify the complex:

Forecasting logic, market signals, or supply chain topics don’t scare you – you can turn them into clear hooks and pages Industry background helps – but clarity matters more:
