Marketing Coordinator Reports To:
Sports Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Assist in the development, planning, and execution of event marketing strategies across F1, NHRA, and additional brand events. Coordinate pre-event logistics including scheduling, vendor management, credentialing, travel arrangements, and event materials. Capture event content (photos, videos, recaps) for marketing, social media, and internal reporting. Assist with the execution of sponsorship deliverables tied to F1, NHRA, and other partnerships. Coordinate cross-functional communication with agencies, event organizers, racing teams, and internal stakeholders. Assist with marketing materials, creative requests, and content approvals. Host and engage with VIP partners and customers during marquee event weekends and navigate complex venues. Foster open, respectful, and professional communication within the team and across the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sports Management, or related field—or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or sports/entertainment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and basic project management tools. Ability to travel frequently (including weekends) during busy event seasons. Must have the ability to be even-tempered and calm during demanding event weekends. Preferred Experience supporting sports marketing, racing, motorsports, or high-visibility events. Familiarity with vendor coordination, hospitality management, and sponsorship activation. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments with changing priorities. Location
