Stanton & Company is seeking an energetic and organized PR Account Coordinator to support media relations and influencer programs for philosophy-driven brands and experts in the healthy and active living space, including wellness, beauty, fitness, sports, and natural foods. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in public relations within a fast-paced agency environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Account Executives and senior team members in the development and execution of integrated PR campaigns Conduct research, monitor media and cultural trends, and gather insights to support client programs and new business efforts Build, maintain, and manage national, regional, and local media lists across multiple verticals Coordinate media mailings, product launches, and client status reports Assist with planning and execution of media and influencer events, including desksides, creative activations, and media tours Draft and update PR materials, including press releases, bios, fact sheets, and media briefs Conduct media outreach on behalf of lifestyle and consumer brands Create, vet, and manage influencer lists and support influencer partnerships and campaigns Research and manage award submissions and speaking opportunities Manage daily account tasks, media audits, and administrative support Manage and mentor interns ATTRIBUTES
Strong written and verbal communication skills Media fluent across health & wellness, lifestyle, business, and related categories Active awareness of social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer culture Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented multitasker Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude Passion for brands and personalities that inspire healthy, purposeful living Familiarity with PR and influencer tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision, Podchaser) Previous pubic relations internship or in-house experience required Why S&Co
