What you’ll do
In-Depth Training
Partner with a TQL broker to manage their account, secure carriers for freight and handle all necessary documentation
Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
Collaborate with other teams to resolve freight issues
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting, planning and cold calling exercises and real-life experiences
Build your Book
Use your training to meet sales readiness metrics and become eligible for commission
Establish relationships to close new and existing customers
Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
Manage your account and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
What you need
Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
Determination to outwork anyone
Strong negotiation skills with professionalism to handle conflict
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for exceptional customer service
