ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist / Associate Clinical Director to join our expanding team in West Harrison, NY. Qualifications
Acceptable credentials: DPT, tDPT, or MSPT
Active New York State Physical Therapy license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, sports‑related, and post‑surgical conditions
Deliver hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and performance‑based rehabilitation
Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care
Develop and implement treatment plans with a focus on mobility, pain management, and return‑to‑sport protocols
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and performance optimization
Evaluate and document patient progress using EMR systems and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain compliance with NY State licensure and ProClinix clinical standards
Skills
Experience with athletic populations or return‑to‑sport rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
Passion for sports rehab, performance training, and holistic care
Specialty certifications are a plus! Candidates with credentials such as PRPC, CAPP‑Pelvic, ICE, APTA Pelvic Health (pelvic floor), or CHT (hand therapy) are encouraged to apply
