
Monglish International Academy is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented
Media Buyer
to lead our paid advertising efforts across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies to drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and lead generation for our educational programs. This role requires a strong understanding of media planning, ad performance analysis, and digital trends—especially within the education sector. Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Monitor and optimize ad performance based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR). Conduct audience research to ensure targeted and effective ad placement. Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop compelling ad creatives. A/B test creatives, headlines, landing pages, and call-to-actions. Maintain advertising budgets and provide regular performance reports. Stay updated with digital trends and changes in ad platform algorithms.
Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) as a media buyer or in digital advertising. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the education sector is a plus. Ability to manage budgets and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
