Roles & responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth
Improve business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and eng teams
Implement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer events
Support strategic financing initiatives with financial analysis, projections, and due diligence materials
Develop partnership agreements, pricing frameworks, and process playbooks for new product lines
Build analytics infrastructure for campaign performance, marketing ROI, and revenue attribution
Qualifications
5+ years with relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, analytics or related fields
Experience at a high growth startup (AI or adtech a plus)
Fluency in Excel; experience with SQL and AI tools
Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models and processes from scratch
Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
