Hybrid schedule, allowing you flexibility to work from home/remote several days per week

This position consults with FS solution area leadership and key internal partners (Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT) to develop leading edge metrics. Provides dashboards, scorecards, analysis and insight that enable informed business decision-making based on market analytics.

Harness tool skills such as Cognos Analytics, Salesforce and technical expertise in SAS, SQL, Business Objects or similar tools to develop analytical reporting and assessment of solution offerings and major initiative performance. Collaborate with team members to develop KPI's derived from multiple data sources into consolidated Scorecards using state-of the-art tools to enable insight and decision-making at the Senior Leadership Team and Product Manager level. Develop customer-centric analysis, product and program performance measurement, marketing campaign performance, and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Leads the effort to create and maintain FS reporting structures to achieve business expectations, making refinements as necessary and within the timeframe required by the business. Contributes to business planning and coordinates system enhancements resulting from strategic planning.

Speaks both technically regarding complex analysis and at a high level with internal partners in Services, Marketing, Sales, and Finance as appropriate. Possess excellent communication skills with all levels of management. Effectively communicate technical needs and issues with IT partners.

Plays a leadership role in developing and managing major projects. Creates and maintain solution area reporting structures to achieve business expectations, making refinements as necessary within the timeframe required by the business. Develops as subject matter expert for FS team.

Basic Qualifications (BQs) Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field. 5 years’ experience with database experience, in depth working knowledge of Microsoft Access/SQL, Excel, PowerPoint or comparable.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field.

Experience: 8 years of equivalent experience. Knowledge of Cognos, Salesforce CRM, BI toolsets such as in SAS, Tableau, Business Objects, SSIS, SSAS, XML, Cognos Analytics.

Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation The compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
