Applicants for the Chief Facilities Officer and Bond Program Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with at least 5 years' of experience in public school construction and facilities operations, including 3 years' in a management role. Strong knowledge of state and local regulations, as well as experience in budget management, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships are essential. The role requires a leader who is proactive, highly communicative, and capable of prioritizing competing needs while removing barriers. The successful candidate will be expected to lead with high-level communication, transparency, and responsiveness, and to build internal leadership capacity by mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, problem-solving culture.
