About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Growth and Performance Marketing to take on a pivotal, hands-on executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling a full-funnel performance marketing strategy that is directly tied to enrollment, revenue, and growth targets. This includes leading acquisition, lifecycle, and retention marketing across various channels, driving geographic market entry and expansion, and managing a significant digital performance marketing budget. The role demands a senior growth marketer with a proven track record in scaling multi-site, multi-market, enrollment-driven organizations, and a deep expertise in paid media, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years' experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or revenue marketing leadership, and a strong background in companies with a focus on growth and execution. They should be highly data-driven, hands-on, and have a collaborative leadership style. A passion for education, mission-driven work, and community impact is essential, as is a cultural fit that values growth orientation, philanthropy, and a metrics-driven approach. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder, Executive Team, and Private Equity partners, and requires a leader who is comfortable in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment, and is adept at continually testing, optimizing, and innovating across marketing channels.
