About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth and Revenue Officer (CGRO) to take on a pivotal executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the company's future growth pipeline and current revenue performance, with a focus on owning the integrated business development, capture, and revenue accountability. This role demands a strategic leader who can ensure disciplined growth, predictable revenue, and scalable execution. Key responsibilities include defining and executing enterprise growth strategy, leading business development and capture functions, and managing the full lifecycle of growth from pipeline development to revenue delivery. The CGRO will also be accountable for aligning strategy with operational capacity and will serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

Applicants for the CGRO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in federal government contracting, with a proven track record of fostering, winning, and growing business. A successful candidate will have at least 10 years of executive leadership experience and a recent background as a VP Growth, CRO, COO, or Portfolio Executive. The role requires expertise in federal acquisition, IDIQs, GWACs, and BPAs, as well as a demonstrated ability to balance growth ambition with execution discipline. The CGRO will be expected to establish and meet success metrics, including a qualified pipeline value, win rate, revenue growth, and gross margin performance. The position also involves recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing business development, capture, and account teams.
