The Company is in search of a Head for its Affordable Housing Development division. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and leading this new platform, with a key focus on setting the strategy, market presence, and growth plan, particularly within the Texas market. This senior executive will be tasked with sourcing, underwriting, and advancing deals through all stages, from approvals to delivery, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including syndicators, lenders, housing agencies, and community partners. Additionally, the role involves assembling and leading a high-performing development team and partnering with cross-functional leaders in investment, construction, operations, and finance.
