Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories Assist customers in selecting motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premisesincluding indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areaswhile maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
