Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year Location: Onsite at: 816 Summitview Ave. Yakima, WA 98902 What You Will Do: Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture Our Ideal Candidate: High School Diploma Active Property & Casualty license OR Willingness to obtain/reinstate a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing course) 1+ year of Sales experience Professional office experience Advanced Computer skills Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation Preferred Attributes: Bachelor's Degree Active Property & Casualty license Insurance sales or service experience Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
