As a Seasonal Member Service Rep I in the Banking industry, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our members. You will be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with their banking needs and inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure a positive member experience and build strong relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for processing various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote and cross-sell our products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial transactions and knowledge of banking products and services. Ability to speak multiple languages to better serve our diverse member base. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting members and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Promote and cross-sell our products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. Assist members with account inquiries, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and account maintenance. Resolve member issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary. Skills
