Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Executive Business Assistant to join their client's prestigious team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives and requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual. The position is based in a prime location bordering Irvine/Santa Ana, offering a convenient commute with easy freeway access.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
Provide support with special projects as needed, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift.
