We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a service-oriented environment. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a strong focus on accuracy in data entry. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly. Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. Accurately process orders and update information through heavy data entry tasks. Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet service standards. Handle weekend and holiday shifts with reliability and commitment. Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor while managing high call volumes. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls. Exceptional attention to detail, especially in data entry tasks. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using customer service software or related tools. Dependability and a strong work ethic to consistently meet job requirements.
