About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative with Best Block, you are responsible for: Building customer relationships (by providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers) Promoting products the company offers Assist with finalizing sales / reviewing inventory Maintaining accurate account information Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders Working with outside sales representatives Ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications Knowing competitor products Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries Completing daily paperwork About You: The ideal candidate for this role will: Maintain good salesmanship while prioritizing company confidentiality Have experience with Microsoft Office products Have a sales-oriented mentality Be a communicative team-player!
