Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum of two years of customer service experience, strong time management and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
