We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive who is a true hunter at heart. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment where we value proactive "go-getters" who don't just wait for instructionsthey create their own path to success. You will be responsible for aggressively expanding our growth by selling our advanced software platform and data solutions to enterprise customers in the agricultural and sustainability sectors. Key Responsibilities Aggressive Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities to build a robust and scalable sales pipeline. Quota Attainment: Meet and consistently exceed annual sales targets and revenue goals through disciplined execution. Consultative Sales Execution: Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover client pain points and demonstrate how CIBO's software platform delivers immediate ROI and sustainability outcomes. Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial cold outreach and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including agribusinesses, CPGs, and sustainability leaders. Market Intel: Stay informed about industry trends and sustainability standards to effectively position CIBO against competitors. Required Experience & Qualifications Strong Enterprise Software background: Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with experience in software specifically within the agriculture, ag commodities, or sustainability industries. The "Hunter" Mentality: A results-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to independently build a pipeline and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders. Entrepreneurial Agility: Thrives in a high-growth environment where you act as a self-starter, mastering new technical domains independently and turning ambiguity into a competitive advantage. Complex Cycle Navigation: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Consultative Expertise: Mastery of consultative sales methodologies; ability to sell a standardized software product as a strategic solution to complex problems. Communication: Excellent skills in articulating technical and complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
