Bilingual Csr1-Outreach Representative
Our client, a leading healthcare outreach organization, is seeking a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for community engagement. Job Title: Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative (Eng/Spanish) Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $20.00/hour What's the Job? Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment presentations to beneficiaries. Assist individuals with enrollment/disenrollment in managed care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and transmit data per policy. Support community events and health fairs to promote program awareness. Collaborate with county staff and community groups to ensure program success. What's Needed? Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance (mileage reimbursed). Ability to travel to various outreach sites as assigned. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in customer service or community outreach preferred. What's in it for me? Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
