Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive tax engagements across multiple client segments
- Supervise and develop accounting team
- Lead tax preparation and planning for diverse client base
- Develop new client relationships and identify service expansion opportunities
- Apply advanced tax strategy and regulatory knowledge
- Review engagement work papers and resolve complex tax challenges
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship
- Support administrative functions as assigned
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's Science in Accounting
- Active New York CPA License
- 10+ years continuous CPA firm experience
- Comprehensive write-up and sales tax return experience
- Proficient in tax preparation software
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
