Lead the team to consistently deliver high standards daily. Model and define the GOLD standard for club appearance, ensuring: All items are stocked and promotional plans executed. Visible and accurate signage. Clean and organized facilities, both inside and out. Understanding Business Metrics: Gain valuable knowledge of key performance metrics and club dynamics. Use reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement and profitability. Proactively manage processes to avoid negative impacts on performance metrics. Communicate the connection between operational performance and financial success clearly to the team. Major Responsibilities: Supervise the tire bay team and ensure adherence to safety procedures and policies. Manage staffing and scheduling effectively. Handle tire installations: mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Sell, repair, and dispose of tires while ensuring propane tanks are filled per policy. Order and maintain tire installation equipment, ensuring its safe operation. Keep the tire bay and waiting area clean, organized, and well-merchandized. Provide knowledgeable service and assist members with tire-related inquiries. Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and utilize special-order programs. Oversee sales transactions and cash handling as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards while managing audits and record retention. Ensure timely completion of TIA and Titan Certifications for all team members. Build relationships within the team, fostering potential and growth. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive communication. Complete additional training as required, especially for roles involving retail propane operations. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or college degree is preferred. Valid driver's license required; must drive automatic and manual vehicles. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills required. Basic computer skills are essential. Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment is crucial. Prior experience in tire installation and sales is preferred; Level 400 certified technician status is a plus. Must complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire. Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and effective communication. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills are required. Job Environment: Work may involve exposure to varied temperatures and weather conditions. Continuous standing and movement on hard surfaces; frequently bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, pushing, or pulling. Handling objects up to 30 pounds frequently; may lift heavier items with assistance. Work in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery, occasionally requiring shouting for communication.
