The Company is in search of a Vice Chancellor for Advancement and Executive Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of development. This senior leader will serve as the chief advancement officer, setting the vision and strategy for all philanthropic, alumni, and external engagement efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chancellor, the Foundation Board, and community partners to design and lead a comprehensive, transformative campaign that expands access to higher education and strengthens the institution's visibility. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, stewarding major and principal gifts, and serving as a trusted ambassador to alumni, donors, and civic leaders.
