Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven district sales representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling Falcon Technologies/Assetguards secondary containment installation services, and products to clients within the midstream and upstream oil and gas Industry. The ideal candidate will leverage an existing book of business while actively hunting for new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
Key Roles / Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure a consistent flow of revenue and increased diversity within our revenue mix. Participate in marketing planning within the assigned territory. Develop solid working relationships with the company peers in the assigned territory. It is essential that the District Sales Professional actively pursue relationships with customer contacts at all levels of the organization. Manage assigned accounts on a local basis to an agreed upon strategy with KPIs. Interface with operations in a consistent manner with clear communication. Ability to effectively use and compile CRM data in a presentable manner. Identify and communicate opportunities for Falcon growth Perform other related duties and/or special projects as required. Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of sales or business development experience in oil and gas, industrial safety, and/or distribution, with a proven record of achievement. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, with applicable experience considered. Proven ability to sell to both small businesses and enterprise-level clients. Willingness to travel 50% or more, as needed for client meetings and industry events. Familiarity with oil and gas safety and environmental regulations, standards, and market applications. Exceptional sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Strategic thinker who balances immediate sales objectives with long-term growth strategies. Comprehensive understanding of the industrial market landscape, including safety and compliance needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting, standing and walking. Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
