The Creator Services team includes Creator Partnerships, creator content studio Wondery, and physical production facilities Studio126. We connect creators and Amazon’s diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. We're seeking a forward‑thinking Business Developer to create and drive a new program/product to evolve how Creator Services works with creators across Amazon. This role requires someone who can scope and understand creator needs, see beyond current business constraints, and craft a strategy for maximum impact. This role must be located in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own a comprehensive creator‑first vision for a new Creator Services program/product
Lead innovation programs including rapid prototyping and pilot initiatives
Make technical architecture and platform strategy decisions that enable creator success
Build relationships with senior leadership across Amazon Entertainment, Stores, and Devices & Services
Champion creator needs and drive organizational change
Define and track key metrics that demonstrate creator success and program impact
Anticipate industry trends and position Amazon to lead in the creator economy

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of technical product or program management experience
Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies
Experience with AI/ML technologies
8+ years of professional experience in business development, product management, or go‑to‑market strategy within digital media, entertainment, or creator economy sectors
5+ years of experience building and launching new programs or products from concept to scale, with demonstrated ability to define vision, strategy, and execution roadmap
Proven track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives across multiple organizations, including experience influencing senior leadership and securing stakeholder alignment
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and pivot strategies based on learnings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience with innovation, development, testing
Experience with multiple creator platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
History of successful stakeholder management at VP/Director level
10+ years of experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital content platforms with deep understanding of creator business models and monetization strategies
Experience working directly with high‑profile creators, talent agencies, or creator management companies to understand needs and build mutually beneficial partnerships
Track record of launching 0‑to‑1 products or programs that achieved significant scale, with specific examples of driving adoption and measuring creator success
Established network within the creator economy ecosystem including relationships with multi‑channel networks, talent agencies, and creator platforms
Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and position organizations ahead of market trends, with examples of thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or industry contributions
History of championing customer (creator) voice to drive organizational change and remove barriers to success
