The NXT Transformation Strategy Director plays a critical role in shaping, designing, and governing largescale marketing and commercial transformations for key clients. This role partners closely with Client Engagement Leads and senior client stakeholders to ensure transformation programs are structured, measurable, andoutcomesdriven. This is not adaytodayaccount delivery role. NXToperatesalongside retained agency teams, providing focused,seniorlevelattention on transformation design, orchestration, and value realization-often in the context ofGroupewideengagements ornetnewbusiness wins. Profile of the typical engagement: Groupe new business winsrepresentingmultiplecapabilities (e.g.media, production, commerce, social & influencer, CRM)where pitch propositionincludescapability integration vs.a la carte capability engagements

Transformations are mostly often centeredon maximizing Publicisunique assets (e.g.connected identity, connected media,commerceand/or production)

Engagementsmay be US only or global, and require travel and working hoursappropriate tothe account

Engagements tend to be with the most senior Marketing stakeholders at a brand, along with stakeholders from finance, sales,ITand operations

Altitude of the work is both executive and board ready storytelling and content creationthrough to tactical pilot designs with detailed activation and measurement plansrelevantformoretacticalmarketer associates

Internal support includes the day-to-day agency teams, as well as Groupe capability leads and central resources within NXT (e.g.change management / L&D pod,XFN measurement and pilot strategy pod)

Qualifications

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, media agencies, or adjacent fields such as AdTech, MarTech, cloud ecosystems, or client side marketing.

Experienceoperatingacross complex,crossfunctionalenvironments with seniorclientand internal stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration:Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage senior client relationships with confidence and credibility.Highly collaborative approachwith the ability to align diverse stakeholders and move teams toward shared outcomes.Comfortable operating with high independence, often serving as a project or engagementleadwith minimal supervision.

Strategic Thinking & Storytelling: Strong strategic storyteller with a passion for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Enjoys hands on contribution - comfortable both defining the strategy and rolling up sleeves to deliver. Ability to adapt messaging for business, technical, financial, and operational audiences with clarity and precision.

Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving capabilities. Demonstrated critical thinking skills to diagnose challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.

Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level presentations and workshop facilitation. Comfortable synthesizing insights and leading discussions with senior stakeholders.

Industry Perspective:Stays informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, with a pragmatic mindset towardidentifyingnew client opportunities and solutions.

Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Compensation Range: $171,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
