About the Role LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced

Senior Commercial Property Manager

to oversee the operations, financial performance, and tenant experience of a Seattle-based commercial office portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional skilled in managing complex assets, leading teams, and ensuring properties operate at the highest standard.

The Senior Commercial Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership, managing day-to-day operations while driving long-term value for the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily building operations for multiple office properties, ensuring all systems, maintenance, and services operate effectively and safely. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Manage service contracts, supervise vendors, and ensure high?quality performance. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Tenant Relations Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism. Lead lease administration activities including move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement coordination. Develop and maintain strong tenant retention strategies.

Financial Oversight Prepare, manage, and report on annual operating and capital budgets. Oversee CAM reconciliations, AR/AP processing, and financial reporting. Track and analyze operating expenses with focus on cost-efficiency and asset performance.

Leadership & Collaboration Supervise on-site staff, maintenance personnel, and administrative support. Partner with ownership, asset managers, leasing teams, and accounting to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Provide recommendations for capital improvements and long-term planning.

Risk & Compliance Ensure properties adhere to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Manage emergency preparedness plans and oversee incident response procedures.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience

in commercial property management, with

significant office portfolio oversight

strongly preferred. Proven history of managing budgets, tenant relations, and building operations at scale. Strong understanding of property management systems, lease structures, and building operations. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana is a big plus. Ability to work onsite daily and manage multiple properties or a large office asset. High School Diploma or equivalent required; furthering education such as a Bachelors Degree or Property Management Certification is a big plus.
