The PDS Health Summer Intern Program is a 10-week, in-person, full-time, paid internship that provides undergraduate students with invaluable insight and experience into the operation of a large multi-state employer.
The Mareketing Intern supports the execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives across PDS Health brands and channels. This role provides hands on experience working within an enterprise marketing organization and exposure to digital platforms, campaign execution, analytics, and cross functional collaboration.
Under the guidance of the digital marketing team, the intern will assist with campaign support, content updates, reporting, and process documentation while learning how digital marketing supports patient growth, brand awareness, and operational scale.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Support Assist with execution of digital marketing initiatives across channels such as website, email, SMS, paid media, and local office marketing Support content updates, landing pages, and basic campaign builds using marketing and content platforms Help with QA, testing, and post launch checks to ensure campaigns and content are accurate Analytics & Reporting
Assist with pulling reports and organizing performance data for digital campaigns Help track basic KPIs and support ongoing optimization efforts Learn how digital performance is measured across channels Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to support campaign needs Help document requirements, workflows, and campaign details Support coordination of assets, timelines, and deliverables Process & Platform Learning
Learn and support enterprise marketing tools and platforms Assist with documentation, templates, and process updates Support troubleshooting and issue tracking with guidance from the team
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Interest in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing technology Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable learning new tools and systems Preferred
Coursework or internship experience related to digital marketing Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics, or content platforms Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social platforms, email tools, or CMS platforms is a plus Interest in healthcare, technology, or multi location businesses Benefits
