Position Overview
The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is crucial in fostering client engagement, utilizing expertise in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance while orchestrating various internal service delivery activities. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, dedicated to building strong relationships, crafting strategies, and executing insurance program requirements to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and nurturing robust client relationships to ensure account retention.
Identifying and mobilizing WTW's internal resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Providing tailored strategic planning and consulting services that meet clients' evolving insurance and risk management needs.
Collaborating with the Client Advocate on new business acquisition initiatives.
Coordinating and managing the renewal process while driving a client-specific renewal strategy.
Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory policies.
Actively participating in client meetings and presentations.
Assisting in the preparation of proposal documentation and responding to RFPs.
Overseeing service delivery operations, swiftly resolving client issues, and coordinating audits.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-oriented role.
Demonstrated ability to analyze insurance programs and identify coverage gaps.
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the insurance industry and effective client strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting complex information clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other relevant online platforms.
A valid insurance broker's P&C license and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred insurance designations such as CPCU, ARM, and others, though not mandatory.
This position will remain open for a minimum of three business days or until a suitable candidate is identified.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 USD per year, alongside eligibility for annual short-term incentive bonuses.
