Purpose of Role This role is crucial in innovating and enhancing the digital customer journey alongside the broader Digital Creative Team. The Creative Digital Designer will collaborate closely with website, email, and performance marketing strategy teams to bring engaging digital experiences to life with a consumer-centric approach. This position reports to the Creative Director - Digital. The Creative Digital Designer exhibits strong design capabilities and execution excellence and makes informed decisions swiftly. This role recognizes the significant impact of digital work on the Omni Journey and the overall business. Whether working independently or within diverse teams, you will consistently deliver high-quality work that adapts to our evolving brand and dynamic business environment. You will continuously seek innovative solutions to connect with consumers, leveraging a multidimensional creative approach essential in today’s landscape. Most importantly, you will create inspiring and action-driven content that drives business results. Your Impact Deliver exceptional design for digital channels including website, email, display ads, paid social, and loyalty programs.

Utilize data and insights to inform design choices that boost user engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborate effectively with the Creative Director, agency partners, and internal teams to create brand-consistent digital consumer experiences that reflect the brand's essence.

Qualifications Impressive portfolio showcasing top-tier design work.

Passionate about athletics and the retail space.

Strong foundation in graphic design principles: typography, layout, and color theory.

Familiarity with e-commerce, email, social, and performance marketing channels.

Awareness of current cultural and design trends.

Modern creative mindset, adept in tools like generative AI, motion graphics, and social content.

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end development.

Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

Expertise in creative strategy, critical thinking, and wireframe development.

Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Bonus: Familiarity with motion and video software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).

BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital design role.

Workplace Location Location:

Remote. Base Compensation $63,555.60 - $87,388.95 USD. Most new hires fall within this range and have opportunities for growth in salary over time. Your initial placement within this range will depend on your relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
