* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related study or minimum of 10 years experience as a manager of multi-family construction.* 10+ years related experience.* Minimum of ten years of construction experience with at least seven years of supervisory experience.* A minimum of three years multi-family construction experience (if paired with other relevant experience) required.* Must have strong working knowledge of multi-family construction processes, techniques, and procedures.* Must have good knowledge of construction building codes.* Must have strong working knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling practices.* Must demonstrate leadership and managerial skills required of this position.* Must hold an active Commercial General Contractor license in Florida and or North Carolina.* Preferred locations: Dallas Fort Worth Texas, North Carolina, or Florida, with the ability to support projects across multiple markets.
