Who are we? Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn about coding, robotics, AI and more in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. What are we looking for? We are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Center Director to join our team at our newest center Code Ninjas Kirkwood, located in Kirkwood Station. The ideal candidate will bring experience in retail sales, social media, and marketing, with strong communication skills to engage parents about program offerings and their children’s progress. This role requires proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, Canva, and general computer knowledge. Responsibilities include managing phone outreach, driving sales, and supporting the growth of our programs. The position requires 30 - 40 hours per week with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to achieving specific sales conversion goals. Required Skills:

Sales experience with proven ability to meet conversion goals

Strong communication skills for engaging parents and discussing student progress

Phone sales and customer service proficiency

Social media management and marketing expertise

CRM software knowledge and practical experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Canva design skills for creating marketing materials

General computer literacy and troubleshooting ability

Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities

Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Preferred Skills:

Background in education, youth programs, or child-focused organizations

Experience with event planning, workshops, or community outreach

Familiarity with STEM or coding programs for kids

Graphic design or video editing skills for digital marketing campaigns

Strong analytical skills for tracking sales metrics and program performance

Ability to train, mentor, and lead part-time staff or volunteers

Knowledge of local community networks and parent organizations in Kirkwood and surrounding area.

Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills to engage diverse families

Qualifications:

Proven work history with children ages 6 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids

Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership

Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment

Flexible schedule

Must be outgoing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Compensation: Starting between $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
