Job Summary: The Associate Director Inpatient Services is responsible for organization and monitoring of overall functioning of the inpatient rehabilitation therapy programs and sites as well as supervision of supervisors/coordinators/team leaders that work in the inpatient areas. Duties include completing performance evaluations; leading inpatient team goals and initiatives; program development, marketing, and staffing changes. Responsible for data review and monitoring of third party payor regulations. The Associate Director works with business manager, director, staff and physicians to oversee inpatient areas.
Minimum Qualifications: NYS licensed & registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, degree required for licensure and a minimum of 5 years of experience to include two years in an administrative/supervisory capacity required. CPR/BLS certification required by time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications: Work Days: Monday-Friday 8-4:30 rotating weekend and holidays
