Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Wine Tour Guide based in Tucson, AZ. The Wine Tour Guide will lead guided tours, provide information about the wineries and wine region, and offer exceptional customer service to enhance guests' experiences. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with guests, facilitating seamless logistics during tours, and sharing knowledge about wine history and tasting. The guide will also provide assistance with guest requests, promote services, and ensure tours are both enjoyable and informative.
Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting Guided Tours and sharing knowledge about wine and winery history
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse groups
Sales abilities to promote services and products during tours
Enthusiasm for Arizona’s wine culture and its regional offerings
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred
