Remote Call Center Representative We are seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team! In this role, you will handle inbound calls, converting them into leads and ultimately securing towing jobs. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively. Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions. Convert inbound calls into leads and then into towing jobs. Working Conditions: Fully remote position. Shift-based work in a Call Center operating 24/7. Must be available to work during the Pacific Time Zone. Requirements: Computer Specifications:

Intel Specs: Processor: Core i7 (8th generation or higher) or Core i5 (10th generation or higher). RAM: Minimum of 12 GB. Storage: At least 128 GB SSD. Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory. AMD Specs: Processor: AMD Ryzen 5, 7, or 9 (Minimum series 3600). RAM: Minimum of 12 GB. Storage: At least 128 GB SSD. Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory. Macintosh Specs: Processor: Core i7, i5, M1, or M2. RAM: Minimum of 12 GB. Storage: At least 128 GB SSD. Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory.

Main Internet Speed Requirements:

Jitter: below 10ms. Latency: below 160ms. Upload: more than 25mbps. Download: more than 40mbps.

Power Backup:

A reliable power backup that can sustain a minimum of 8 hours of work (full shift). Examples: Generators, Solar Panels, Portable power inverters, etc. (UPS is not sufficient).

Internet Backup (Secondary internet):

Jitter: below 10ms. Latency: below 160ms. Upload: minimum of 25mbps. Download: minimum of 25mbps.

Note: A reliable power and internet backup are essential for this role.
