What will you do? As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external communications to support outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities will include: Promptly responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues via telephone in a friendly and efficient manner Providing accurate information about all hotel facilities and services Managing emergency communications and documenting essential information accurately Accepting and delivering messages promptly with proper grammar and spelling Operating essential office equipment such as computers, PBX systems, and email Classification:
