As a

Client Relationship Specialist , you will oversee the relationships and financial management for a portfolio of Health & Risk Solutions (H&RS) clients, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). This strategic position emphasizes the importance of cultivating partnerships that foster long-term growth and client loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Work closely with Implementation Consultants to facilitate seamless project implementations and proactively address inquiries. Engage in ongoing communication and education efforts with external partners. Identify and validate customer needs, offering innovative solutions tailored to their unique challenges. Exhibit strong negotiation and persuasive skills while providing service solutions across teams. Supervise issue resolution processes and contribute to the development of effective solutions. Manage the lifecycle and renewal processes for your assigned business accounts. Address escalated service issues, providing creative alternatives to improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with Sun Life Financial personnel to meet client expectations and drive growth objectives. Maintain thorough knowledge of H&RS products, services, processes, and the competitive landscape of self-insured offerings. Act as a conduit between the home office and the Distribution team. Utilize Salesforce to oversee business processes and document all relevant client interactions. Contribute to the development and improvement of CRM team processes using Continuous Improvement tools. Work in partnership with the Client Relationship Executive on projects that represent the Client Success Organization. What You Bring: Ability to connect effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience in Group, Stop Loss, or Self-Funded insurance (preferred). Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in negotiation, persuasion, and customer service. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong listening and note-taking abilities. A results-oriented approach and superior collaboration skills. Compensation: Salary Range: $63,000 - $94,500. We value transparency and equity in our compensation practices, ensuring that your salary reflects your unique skills, experience, and location.
