
PrideStaff is seeking a
Senior Level Customer Service Representative
for a client in Crest Hill, IL! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information while resolving technical issues and documenting appropriately. The ideal candidate with all be responsible for event planning and collaborating with other departments.
This is a 1st shift position 8am-5pm M-F
Pay:
Ranging from $30-$40 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Enter variety of data using current technology Correctly and efficiently input customer/warehouse orders, updates, and statuses as required Prepare and sort documents for data entry Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes Review and enter data updates in the systems Review discrepancies in data received Advise supervisor of issues related to data Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Previous experience in logistics strongly preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in data entry or other related fields Excellent typing and computer software (MS Office) skills Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented MUST be timely!
