Role Overview The Senior Marketing Manager leads all corporate and property‑level marketing efforts, overseeing brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, leasing/sales marketing, and campaign execution across the company’s real estate portfolio. This role ensures cohesive branding, drives demand for active properties, and supports corporate initiatives, including investor, development, and recruitment marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s overall brand strategy.
Oversee corporate website content, digital presence, PR, newsletters, and communications.
Manage brand assets, messaging, and visual identity across departments.
Support executive communications, corporate announcements, and special initiatives.
Build and execute marketing strategies for lease‑up and stabilized properties.
Develop property brand identities, brochures, websites, signage, floorplan materials, and digital campaigns.
Partner with leasing teams to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and reputation management.
Analyze performance dashboards (web traffic, lead sources, conversions).
Manage marketing platforms including CRM, property marketing tools, Yardi‑related marketing and analytics, and other digital systems.
Manage marketing calendar, budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.
Oversee external vendors: creative agencies, photographers, designers, signage partners, etc.
Support events, sponsorships, and corporate/community partnerships.
Partner with Development, Construction, Property Management, and People & Culture to align marketing with business needs.
Support internal marketing for recruitment, culture, employee engagement, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
5–8 years of marketing experience; real estate or multifamily experience highly preferred.
Strong project management, creative direction, and digital marketing skills.
Experience managing campaigns, creative assets, and multi‑channel strategies.
Proficiency with marketing tools including CRM systems, analytics platforms, Yardi marketing modules, and social media management tools.
Exceptional writing, communication, branding, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
The pay range for this role is:
