Job Summary The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing Mainspring’s digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, census growth, and service‑line expansion. This role works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms
Manage and update website content, landing pages, and basic SEO to support admissions and business development goals
Manage and execute social media strategy for Mainspring and designated key staff, ensuring consistent brand voice and professional presence
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content aligned with compliance standards and campaign objectives
Travel to Mainspring sites on a quarterly basis to support marketing initiatives, capture content, and collaborate with onsite leadership
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights
Work collaboratively with outside vendors, agencies, designers, and consultants to execute marketing projects and campaigns
Support marketing needs for multiple service lines, locations, and growth initiatives
Collaborate with business development, admissions, and clinical leadership to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment
Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and organizational announcements
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices within healthcare and behavioral health
Minimum Qualifications Education / Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or analytics a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated industries preferred
Knowledge / Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web, paid ads)
Experience managing professional or executive‑level social media accounts
Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Working Conditions
Non‑direct care position
In office and on‑site work environment with standard business hours
Quarterly travel to Mainspring sites required
Prolonged periods of computer and screen use
