In this dynamic role, you will:
Build and stock vibrant displays while ensuring product home locations are in excellent order.
Manage inventory levels and collaborate with store management to enhance the retail experience.
Assist customers at assigned Home Depot stores during peak sales seasons.
Guide customers in selecting the right soil for their gardening needs.
Promote our Kellogg branded products with enthusiasm and expertise.
What We Are Looking For:
An enjoyment of working outdoors.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and store personnel.
Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects consistently (up to 50 lbs. or more).
A personal smartphone (Android 4.0 and up or iPhone 9.0 or later) with a data plan.
A reliable vehicle for commuting.
A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a clean driving record.
Employment Details:
This seasonal position runs from February to June.
Workdays are Monday through Friday with 30+ hours per week.
Education & Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
1 to 2 years of prior sales or retail experience is ideal.
Gardening experience is a plus but not necessary.

Strong skills in prioritizing, planning, and organizing tasks.
