Become a part of a team that values collaboration and innovative solutions! EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking experience with extensive knowledge of banking products and services. Experience in new account setups. Two or more years in consumer lending or similar roles. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency with computer operating systems (Windows). Experience with MS Office software. Strong basic math and 10-key skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrated selling skills and abilities. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure positive interactions with customers and non-customers at all times. Meet and exceed predetermined goals for service, sales, and operational performance. Establish and update retail services to fulfill customer needs, resolve complaints, and present solutions. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, upholding the highest operational standards. Recommend suitable accounts and services by clearly explaining benefits and features. Detect potentially fraudulent activity to prevent loss for both the bank and customers. Utilize bank technology to maintain accurate customer information and inform them of additional services available. Perform other branch duties as needed (i.e., Teller responsibilities). Actively participate in community events to showcase the Two Rivers culture. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction. Stay updated on regulations impacting consumer lending. Manage quality portfolios by minimizing past dues and exceptions for consumer loans. Negotiate credit terms including costs, repayment methods, and collateral for consumer lending. SCHEDULE/TRAVEL/STATUS Monday - Friday, with Saturday shifts as scheduled. Infrequent travel required. This is an in-branch position. Bank reserves the right to relocate employees based on staffing needs.
