This is a remote position. We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative who will be responsible for managing inbound calls, converting them into leads, and subsequently turning them into towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a busy operations environment.
Identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
Answer inbound calls and efficiently convert inquiries into leads and towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote position.
Shift-based in a Call Center that operates 24/7.
Align with Pacific Time Zone.

Main Internet Speed Requirement:
Jitter: below 10ms Latency: below 160ms Upload: more than 25mbps Download: more than 40mbps
Power Backup:
A reliable power backup capable of sustaining a minimum of 8 hours (full shift). Examples: Generators, Solar Panels, Portable power inverters, etc. (UPS is not sufficient).
Internet Backup:
Secondary internet with Jitter: below 10ms, Latency: below 160ms, Upload: minimum 25mbps, Download: minimum 25mbps.
Power and Internet Backup is a MUST.
