Job Summary
OnSite Concrete Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems. This role plays an important part in ensuring data integrity, organization, and smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data from various sources into computer databases Review source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Organize and maintain digital and paper files for easy retrieval Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure records are current Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including report preparation and correspondence Contribute to production improvements and assist with temporary or special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with data entry software and standard office equipment Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed-upon deadlines 1 year of data entry or related experience preferred High school diploma required; office administration experience preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time-management skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Must demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and a positive attitude
